My fiance and I want to get married in Disneyland. So, we called and got assigned to a wedding planner, but she hasn’t returned ANY of my phone calls. So I called the main number again to be assigned to a different planner. Same issue – so I called again and asked if everyone was on vacation.
I finally got through to a planner and have had nothing, but struggle !
We chose Disneyland b/c of the high standard they set, but I am appaled at how they are handling this. We have a budget for just under $100,000 so I would think they would try harder to keep us. Has anyone else dealt with this behavior with the Disney weddings ??
